Seeing as acne is not caused by consuming certain foods, limiting the diet is not beneficial. Since it is furthermore not caused by "dirty " skin, excessively scrubbing does not help and can even make the skin more irritated. Body acne is like any other acne, it is caused by the same things. Sometimes being on the back is a problem because it is so hard to reach. My son Joey has had a real bad time with acne and a couple of months ago he found this product called Acnezine. Since he has been using it most of his pimples have disappeared. He still has some but they are leaving little by little. I know that all meds don't work for everyone, this one has for him. It is a 2 part medication; a cream to put on the skin and a capsule that helps your body fight the causes of acne. You can read all about it on the blog.
